Directions: Apply scrub all over body while in shower. Rub in a circular motion until it lathers. Rinse & pat dry & apply our Skin Nectar Body Oil. Apply 1-2 times a day on clean skin for the best results. (WARNING)- Scrub can Stain from turmeric, a little goes a long way.
